      • Adobe Acrobat Reader. Download for free here.
    Windows
    • For Windows you should install:
      • The latest Mozilla Firefox Browser. Download for free here.
      • The latest version of Internet Explorer. Download for free here. (You may experience problems using Internet Explorer)
      • The latest version of Adobe Flash. Download for free here.
      • Adobe Acrobat Reader. Download for free here.
  3. If you meet the above requirements, here are other things to try:
    • Check to make sure your settings allow JavaScript and cookies.
    • Run System Update on your Windows or Mac computer.
    • Try using a different computer. Check with your local public library. Most have computers available for public use.
    • Delete your internet temporary files and cookies.
    • Refresh your browser by either clicking on the Refresh button or pressing F5 on your keyboard .
    • Check your virus, anti-spam or firewall software settings to make sure they're not interfering with the site.
